CASAA Call to Action: New York City is Considering Banning the Sale of ALL Flavored E-Cigarettes and ALL E-Liquids. NOT limited to residents of NYC.

October 8, 2014

The Desk Killers are at it again!  Participation in this Call to Action is NOT limited to residents of New York City, but if you are not a resident, please edit the letter to share what relationship you may have with New York City (for example, you have family or friends who live there, you plan on visiting, et cetera). Councilman Constantinides introduced this ordinance that would ban the sale of flavored e-cigarettes and flavored e-liquids in the five boroughs. You should also contact Desk Killer Constantinides directly via his Web Site and phone after you properly complete the CASAA Call to action.

UPDATES: I neglected to mention that Desk Killer Constantinides has a Facebook page and a post dated October 7, 2014 which begins with “…Today I will introduce a bill to help prevent nicotine addiction…” Some great “pushback” and as of this edit it has over 170 posts. Definitely another avenue for you to voice your opposition to this draconian legislation.

Their were some that inferred that Dr. Siegel had moved to the “dark side” and or that we had “lost him” as a renowned advocate for Vaping. I never bought into this thinking but everyone is entitled to their own opinion. Guess what!!!??? Read New York City Council Considering Ban on Flavored Electronic Cigarettes.

Dr. Farsalinos has sent a letter to CM Constantinides. Great stuff. See Letter to New York Councilman concerning a proposal to ban flavored electronic cigarette liquids
