CASAA Call to Action: Call me perplexed, mad, upset, or disappointed. The Facebook post by Pink Spot Vapers located in their timeline is quoted below and appears in a discussion concerning the FDA Vaping regulations:
“We are not worried about the regulations. We have been self regulating since we started and will continue to produce a great product in a clean environment. We are ready for anything they send our way. PSV is in this for the long haul – April 30 at 6:21pm”

Their arguments are moot. They have either not taken the time to research the FDA regulations or perhaps it’s a short sited PR statement designed to quiet the masses. They are a large juice vendor and generally highly regarded for the quality of their product. I find their position on this issues as posted on Facebook deplorable, self serving, specious, and without a single iota of fact with respect to the FDA regulations. I’m going to reach out to them via email and will posts any response I receive.
