- OUR NV AG (Catherine Cortez Masto) wants to BAN ALL FLAVORS other than tobacco and menthol. “Recommendations: We urge the FDA to ban all characterizing flavors other than tobacco and menthol in newly deemed tobacco products.””As used in this section, flavored tobacco products include e-cigarettes, cigars, pipe tobacco, hookah tobacco, gels, and dissolvables, all of which should be made subject to the Section 907 ban on any characterizing flavor other than tobacco and menthol. Our use of the term characterizing flavors throughout this Comment refers to all characterizing flavors other than tobacco and menthol.

Their Mission Statement: To educate candidates, regardless of political party, about the vaping industry by providing them the most current and accurate information regarding issues that impact vape shops and their consumers. SB-201 is the current focus of their efforts.
- Catherine Cortez Masto, who formerly served as the Nevada Attorney General, has decided to run for the 2016 U.S. Senate. During her term as AG, she signed this letter which was sent to the FDA. She is anti Vaping and that’s an understatement! Masto, along with the other 28 AGs who signed this letter are all specious, disingenuous, LIARS, agenda driven, beholding to the all mighty dollar, and have no concern for public health. Here is my post on this letter. If you are a resident of Nevada, please DO NOT vote for her. While I favor Dr. Joe Heck, vote for anyone else but her who is not anti Vaping.
